Plain version: it's a free notebook for your own spending, run by one person. It doesn't move money and it can't fix a payment that went wrong.
What Dhyan Pay is
A record-keeping tool. You tell it what you spent and which wallet it came from, and it keeps score against limits you set yourself. It can open your UPI app for you with an amount already filled in, which saves typing.
What Dhyan Pay is not
- It is not a payment service. It never holds, transfers or touches money, and it is not a payment aggregator, payment gateway, or third-party application provider under any RBI or NPCI framework. Every payment happens inside your own UPI app, under your own credentials.
- It is not connected to your bank. It cannot see your balance, your statement or your transactions, and it never asks for your UPI PIN.
- It is not financial advice. Limits, warnings and reports are arithmetic on numbers you entered, nothing more.
- It is not an authority on what you actually spent. Its records are what you told it. If you forget to record a payment, or confirm one that failed, the numbers will be wrong — and only you can correct them.
Your account
You must be 18 or older to use Dhyan Pay. Keep your password to yourself; anyone with it can see and change your records. One account is meant for one person — there are no shared or joint accounts.
What you can expect
This is a free app maintained by one person in his own time. It may be unavailable, it may lose a feature, and it may stop being maintained. If it is ever going to shut down, you will be told with enough notice to export your data, and the export button works at any time without asking anyone.
Because it is free and provided as-is, there is no warranty and no liability for losses arising from using it — including a payment you made, or didn't make, after looking at a number on this screen. The decision to spend is always yours.
Fair use
Don't try to break it, overload it, or use it to store other people's personal information. Accounts doing that will be removed.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any moment from Settings, and everything goes with it, permanently. No retention period, no waiting, no recovery.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
