There's one person here, and this is his address: info@dhyanpay.in. Write about anything — a bug, a wrong number, your data, or a complaint.
Grievance officer
Hari K · info@dhyanpay.in · India
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, this is the person responsible for answering questions and complaints about your personal data.
How long a reply takes
Seven days. The law allows up to ninety; seven is the promise here, and it applies to everything — a request to see your data, to correct it, to delete it, or a complaint about how it was handled.
What helps
- The email address on your account, so the right records can be found.
- What you were doing, on what phone, and what happened instead.
- For a data request, which of the four you want: see it, correct it, delete it, or withdraw consent entirely.
Most of these you can do faster yourself: Settings has an export button, an account deletion button, and every payment is editable. Nothing needs to go through this page unless you'd rather it did.
If you're not satisfied
You can escalate to the Data Protection Board of India, which handles complaints under the DPDP Act. You do not need permission or a response from here first.
Security problems
If you've found something that exposes other people's data, please write before telling anyone else, and you'll get a reply the same day it's seen. There's no bounty — just gratitude and a fast fix.
